Kevin is the Partner for Internals and HR at iBuco. He deals with any subjects concerning employment, employee development & motivation and organisational structure.

He worked for two multinational companies in Germany and has gained excellent working experiences in Finance and IT.

• 6 months internship as Assistant Training Manager of a multinational IT company in Germany (gedas AG)
  His duties: Planning and organising internal trainings by attending the trainees during the process, certifying and finally evaluating them
• 6 months internship as Strategic Planning and Sales Assistant in the biggest German newspaper publisher (Axel Springer AG)
  His duties: By dealing with a very confidential project he assessed the company’s competitiveness in comparison to the market environment preparing for future investments.
